Steve’s successful technology business has been forged in RF, Carrier Networks, Tower, Wireless, Physical Security, and Infrastructure services. Steve led sales for Comba Telecom, a global OEM of Wireless Infrastructure solutions, specializing in Carrier and Public Safety market solutions throughout the United States and working closely with Public Safety and regulatory officials on continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to Comba, Steve served in multiple technical sales and engineering leadership roles in distribution for 12 years at TESSCO, successfully launching the IP video surveillance market. Steve has been a proven leader and mentor for helping countless small and mid-cap companies successfully grow with operational effectiveness, go-to-market strategy, and sales initiatives.
Through Steve’s experience as Advisor, Business Owner, and COO, he has successfully leveraged technical and business expertise to drive corporate growth, innovation, and teamwork through operational effectiveness and proven systems. I create successful breakthrough market traction for companies and build dynamic teams.
For over two decades, Steve developed a strong expertise in product marketing, sales, engineering, and branding. Steve co-founded and chaired national platforms for the communications industry and am a longtime board member for infrastructure industry associations, including the Wireless Association and NEDAS.
Most recently, he successfully led strategic partners with go-to-market strategies and continuous growth in the infrastructure and technology markets, through my business startup, WorkForceG. Steve is passionate about identifying new technology markets which can improve society, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and forging new friendships to leave a positive impact on others throughout the world.
